Mom_JennyCraig: Day 14
Day 14:
I just got back from Jenny Craig and am down a total of 6.8 lbs. It feels so good!!!! This has been a really hard week for me as I have been experiencing several low blood sugars. After talking with my counselor, and looking at my meals for the past week, she noticed that the low blood sugars were usually when I didn't have a high protein meal. She scheduled me more high protein meals and also a protein snack in the evening. Also, I am going to journal this week my foods, blood sugar numbers and my insulin intake. I was encouraged after my visit and am ready for my new week. The foods continue to be great and it is fun trying the different meals.
