"Winning never tasted so good!"
Jenny Craig's social marketing plan used its consultants to drive clients to the Jenny Craig Facebook fan page, where clients were engaged to vote for their centre and submit a success story and/or photo. The objectives of the Facebook contest were to increase awareness of the Jenny Craig fan page and fan base, engage with clients using social media, and gain user-generated content. The contest ran from September 5 through September 30, 2011.
Those who voted were entered into a contest to win Jenny's Cuisine for a day and the grand prize of Jenny's Cuisine for a month.
TNG manages Jenny Craig's social marketing programs and helped to design and maintain the Facebook promotion throughout. The results were an increased Facebook fan base of 3,388, not to mention 21 daily winners and 1 very happy grand prize winner!
