Training Nike staff on the Web.
How do you help create a user experience for Nike retail staff around the world, so they stay on top of their game? That's what NIke wanted to achieve when they tapped TNG to create a world-class site for Nike's training tools. It had to provide easy access to tools that help each employee take courses and follow their own progress. It also had to provide ways for Nike to ensure staff were participating and achieving.
Collaborating on business intelligence with Nike's global talent development team, we created a feature-rich site that houses: a) computer-based and in-classroom training, b) a customized "My Plan" that gives staff the ability to see class descriptions and enroll in classes, c) pages that show users their training curriculum and progress, d) a calendar of class listings a year ahead and e) tools and related resources.
