Recently, Nike wanted user experience expert TNG as its digital partner to solve a complex problem: How do you unite Nike's 600-member merchandising community across multiple hemispheres, cultures and brands? Keep them trained and updated? And give them their own venue to exchange information?
TNG created thread, the Nike Merchandising Development Learning Site, including interactive learning programs. It targets fast-moving internal Nike teams worldwide, who shape product assortments sold in several channels. Through deep collaboration—from business analysis and planning to technical development and close brand alignment—we produced a scalable solution that meets Nike's desire for a rich site with a flexible eLearning delivery format.
