"Can Nike's workforce be even more talented?"
Apparently yes.

The Mission: 

Nike, Inc. created a powerhouse team of talent gurus to help its 35,000 employees, across the globe, hone their skills and get ahead of their career game. Except there was one tiny problem: this team's crucial role needed a unified brand and powerful voice within Nike. TNG helped Nike's Global Talent Development team form, define and build an internal framework for its shiny new internal brand, "NikeU."

The Outcome: 

Discovery, consumer insights, a little taxonomy and a heaping scoop of creativity were the ingredients to cook up the perfect brand experience for NikeU. TNG created an internal communication strategy for NikeU that reaches not only across all of the departments and sports categories but Nike's affiliate brands as well. TNG had its hands in just about everything: branding, customized and branded presentation templates for NikeU (along with its unique sub-brands), a little collateral, and let's not forget about the online bit as well.
