Amplifying the InfoPrint story.
Born from IBM and Ricoh, business analysis showed InfoPrint had a perception challenge. (And a sales requirement.) Not just a purveyor of printers and supplies, it wanted to boost awareness of its suite of output solutions for print and digital channels. InfoPrint charged us to reinvent a section of its site that promoted its wider offering.
After in-depth marketing analysis of InfoPrint's target audiences and their needs, TNG created a user-centric approach: put the focus on guiding each user more easily to their most appropriate solution. We handled comprehensive information design, producing wireframes that shaped our content strategy, design informed by InfoPrint's current graphics, and copywriting.
